Authors are responsible for ensuring that all references cited in manuscripts submitted to the Bulletin of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacy are accurate, complete, and relevant to the content of the work. References should primarily include current and credible sources that support the study’s objectives, methodology, and conclusions.
All references must be cited consistently within the text and formatted according to the journal’s prescribed citation style, as outlined in the author guidelines. In-text citations and reference lists should correspond precisely, and authors must verify that every cited source appears in the reference list and vice versa.
Where available, digital object identifiers (DOIs) should be included to facilitate access and verification of cited works. Authors should avoid excessive self-citation and ensure that references are used appropriately to acknowledge prior research and intellectual contributions.
Manuscripts with incomplete, inaccurate, or improperly formatted references may be returned for correction prior to peer review. Proper referencing is essential to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the reliability of the scholarly record.
